HOW TO PREPARE FOR CLASS

We are requiring all students to pre-register through Momence (see above for the updated class schedule).

The Studio opens 15 minutes before class.

Arrive 5-10 minutes before class begins to set up your space and get in the "zone". If you are a new student, come 10 minutes early to get set up.

We have mats and props for you to borrow, but you can also bring your own if you prefer.

Please leave shoes outside the door, and we have cubbies for your personal belongings.

Injuries or issues affecting your physical practice should be discussed with the instructor prior to class so they can modify the practice to your needs.

Please stay home and take care of yourself if you have a contagious illness or any symptoms of illness, we want you to get healthy faster so you can join us sooner!

Most importantly, this practice is for you to grow, heal, change and explore, we hope you find a home here at the studio and we appreciate your support. Honor yourself and your body and the rest will flow abundantly.
CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Vinyasa
This Class is designed to help build strength and endurance and increase mobility and flexibility. This class moves at a moderate pace while focusing on the link between breath and movement. The Vinyasa practice becomes a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom and fluidity in the body and mind. It is a great class for students wanting to integrate a little bit more intensity into their practice, while also being a challenge to more advanced students. We suggest this class for students who have taken at least 2-3 Feel good flow classes previously.
Feel Good Flow
offers the student a class using breathwork, strength, and flexibility to help foster a balance between a calm mind and a mobile body. This class offers plenty of time to explore poses to uplift and strengthen students and integrates the fundamentals of yoga through intelligent sequencing and a steady breath. Class ends in a gentle cool down with stretches and a sweet moment of relaxation. Modifications and prop suggestions are offered throughout to make the class accessible to all students, all levels welcome in this class.

Power Flow
This class is great for those looking for a more challenging practice. The class aims to build strength, balance, flexibility and confidence. Power Flow integrates Body and Breath awareness by moving through dynamic poses while energetically connecting breath to movement. This class is great for those who have a beginner's foundation and know basic poses as well as those looking to build strength and endurance into their practice!
Mid Week Reset
is appropriate for those who want a more gentle paced, well-supported and relaxing practice. The approach includes carefully orchestrated movements, and well-measured stretches, including range of motion exercises and breath sensing.. Postures will be approached in gradual steps, with plenty of time to focus on breathing and repetition so that the practice is simple to do and easy to remember. This class moves slower, so that each student gets ample attention from the Instructor, in order to make the student feel safe and comfortable. This class is appropriate for all students, all levels should feel welcome in this class. All levels welcome in this class.
Gentle Yoga
This class is appropriate for those who want a nurturing, slow-paced, well-supported and relaxing practice. The approach includes carefully orchestrated movements, controlled pressure, and well-measured stretches, including range of motion exercises and somatic movements. Postures will be approached in gradual steps, with plenty of time to focus on breathing and repetition so that the practice is simple to do and easy to remember. This class moves slower, so that each student gets ample attention from the Instructor, in order to make the student feel safe and comfortable. This class is appropriate for all students, all levels should feel welcome in this class.
Yin Yoga
is a slow, meditative practice that uses longer holds to target deep connective tissues. Postures are mainly practiced on the floor and held for 3-5 minutes to promote deep release. This class can be challenging mentally, as it asks you to be very present with your body, and may challenge you physically with unfamiliar postures. This is a very beneficial class to both the body and mind, and a brings wonderful balance to your vinyasa or flow practice.
Beginner Friendly class.
Deep Tissue Yin
This class takes yin a bit deeper, using acupressure and compression with props. This practice targets muscles and connective tissues to get a deep release within the body. This release can also activate energetic and emotional release as well. Gently guided, we use breath and mindfulness to move into a state of unwinding, relaxation, and relief. All levels welcome in this class.
Yin-Storative
This gentle yoga class is a balanced hybrid of Yin and Restorative Yoga. The Practice is a slow flow of yin-style deep stretches, held for 3-5 minutes. Your instructor then leads you through prop-supported restorative postures for deeper physical relaxation and guided meditation to promote calm and clarity. This class is perfect for beginners or experienced yogis who want to de-stress and cultivate peace of mind and promote body awareness.
Beginner Friendly Class
Stretch Out Stress
This class incorporates gentle somatic movements, yin style stretches, breathwork and meditation. Many postures are seated or laying down, but focus on the whole physical, energetic and emotional bodies. In this class you will be asked to engage with little muscular effort, and invited to ask questions of yourself or your practice and settle into whatever responses you receive.
