Intro to Flow

Each session incorporates meditation and mindfulness techniques to center your mind and build confidence and body awareness, laying the groundwork for a balanced and fulfilling yoga practice.
Zen Flow
Discover balance and cultivate inner peace in this grounding flow class. Designed to blend mindful movement with purposeful breathwork, Zen Flow harmonizes body and mind. Release tension while building strength and flexibility through steady sequences. Perfect for those seeking a focused yet accessible practice, Zen Flow encourages moving at your own pace to deepen presence and self-awareness.
Gentle Yoga
This nurturing, slow-paced practice emphasizes the deep connection between body and mind. Using somatic movements, breathwork, and well-measured stretches, you’ll develop heightened body awareness and promote inner healing. Each posture is approached gradually, allowing the nervous system to fully integrate the experience. Suitable for all levels, including beginners, this class offers individualized attention in a safe and supportive environment.
Vinyasa

Slow Flow

Power Flow
Ignite your energy and inner strength in this dynamic, empowering class. Fire Flow incorporates powerful sequences and breathwork to build heat, endurance, and confidence. While this class is challenging, our instructors will meet you where you are and support you every step of the way. Perfect for those ready to tap into their inner fire!
Fire Sequence - Warm Room
Unleash your inner strength in this energizing Set Sequence Class, held in a warm room (85-90 degrees). Unlike flow classes, this traditional Hatha practice allows you to hold each posture longer, helping you develop muscle memory, endurance, and resilience. As you build strength, flexibility, and balance, you’ll feel invigorated, your mind will sharpen its focus on each movement, and your energy will be revitalized.
Yin Yoga
A slow, meditative practice focusing on long-held postures (3-5 minutes) to target deep connective tissues. Yin promotes mental presence, physical release, and balance, making it an excellent complement to more active practices. This class invites you to slow down and explore deeper layers of both body and mind. Suitable for all levels, including beginners.
Deep Tissue Yin
Deepen your Yin practice with this class that incorporates acupressure and compression using props. Targeting muscles and connective tissues, this practice promotes physical, emotional, and energetic release. Guided breath and mindfulness help you unwind, relax, and find relief. Open to all levels, including beginners.
Beginners yoga boise
Yin-Storative
This hybrid of Yin and Restorative Yoga combines deep stretches held for 3-5 minutes with prop-supported postures for ultimate relaxation. Guided meditation enhances calm and clarity, making this class ideal for de-stressing, promoting body awareness, and cultivating peace of mind. Suitable for all levels, including beginners.
Stretch Out Stress
Unwind with a blend of gentle somatic movements, Yin-inspired postures, breathwork, and meditation. This class focuses on releasing physical, energetic, and emotional tension with minimal muscular effort. Perfect for exploring self-awareness and finding deep relaxation. Suitable for all levels, including beginners.
Gentle Movement & Yoga Nidra
Unwind and rejuvenate in this nourishing class, expertly blending gentle movement and deep relaxation. You’ll spend the first half releasing tension in the body with gentle movements and longer holds in restorative shapes. In the second half you’ll be lead through a yoga Nidra meditation, specifically designed to quiet the mind and calm the nervous system to reduce stress and leave you feeling at peace. Suitable for all levels, including beginners.
Movement & Meditation
This class is designed to increase mobility, strength and flexibility through mindful movement. Each posture is done with awareness and purpose, helping the student build physical strength and resiliency. This class also offers space for meditation. There are several ways and forms of meditation, we will explore these forms, helping students find stillness within the body and mind. All levels are welcome, beginners welcome.
HOW TO PREPARE FOR CLASS

The Studio opens 15 minutes before class.

Arrive 5-10 minutes before class begins to set up your space and get in the "zone". If you are a new student, come 10 minutes early to get set up.

We have mats and props for you to borrow, but you can also bring your own if you prefer.

Please leave shoes outside the door, and we have cubbies for your personal belongings.

Injuries or issues affecting your physical practice should be discussed with the instructor prior to class so they can modify the practice to your needs.

Please stay home and take care of yourself if you have a contagious illness or any symptoms of illness, we want you to get healthy faster so you can join us sooner!
