CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Intro to Flow
Begin your journey into the world of flow yoga with this foundational class, designed for those new to the practice or looking to refine their skills. Intro to Flow focuses on building a strong understanding of essential yoga postures, smooth transitions, and mindful breath patterns. Each session offers guided instruction to help you develop confidence and body awareness while incorporating meditation and mindfulness techniques to center your mind. This class provides a supportive environment to explore movement and breath, laying the groundwork for a balanced and fulfilling practice.
Zen Flow
Find your balance and cultivate inner peace in this grounding flow class. Zen Flow is designed to invite mindful movement, blending steady sequences with purposeful breathwork. This class focuses on creating a harmonious connection between body and mind, allowing you to release tension while building strength and flexibility. Ideal for those seeking a practice that offers a focused flow without being overly intense, Zen Flow encourages you to move at your own pace, fostering a deeper sense of presence and self-awareness.
Gentle Somatic Yoga
This class is designed for those seeking a nurturing, slow-paced, and deeply supportive practice that emphasizes the connection between body and mind. Through the use of somatic movements, the class focuses on cultivating awareness of the internal sensations that guide our physical experiences. The approach includes carefully orchestrated movements, controlled pressure, and well-measured stretches, all designed to enhance body awareness and promote healing from within.
Postures and movements are approached in gradual steps, allowing time for the nervous system to fully integrate each experience. The emphasis on breath and repetition helps anchor the practice, making it both simple to do and easy to remember. Moving at a slower pace ensures that each student receives individualized attention from the instructor, fostering a safe and comfortable environment. This class is suitable for all levels, including beginners.
Mid Week Restore
This class is appropriate for those who want a more gentle paced, well-supported and relaxing practice. The approach includes carefully orchestrated movements, and well-measured stretches, including range of motion exercises and breath sensing. Postures will be approached in gradual steps, with plenty of time to focus on breathing and repetition so that the practice is simple to do and easy to remember. This class moves slower, so that each student gets ample attention from the Instructor, in order to make the student feel safe and comfortable. All levels are welcome, beginners welcome.
Vinyasa
This Class is designed to help build strength and endurance and increase mobility and flexibility. This class moves at a moderate pace while focusing on the link between breath and movement. The Vinyasa practice becomes a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom and fluidity in the body and mind. It is a great class for students wanting to integrate a little bit more intensity into their practice, while also being a challenge to more advanced students. We suggest this class for students who have taken at least 2-3 Feel good flow classes previously.
Slow Flow
Slow flow yoga is a breath-based, movement practice that brings our whole self to the present moment. Like meditation in motion; a mindful flow that invites us to practice slowing down and moving with more awareness, balance, and grace. We learn to slow down and move with intention, becoming present and aware of what is happening within us as well as around us. This invites us to truly embody our practice and where we are at in the moment. Deepening and staying in connection with the breath ultimately deepens the connection with the self. This class has an emphasis on self inquiry, rhythmic breathing, gentle strength, and fully supported rest. All Levels, Beginners Welcome.
Fire Flow
Ignite your energy and unleash your inner strength in this dynamic and empowering flow class. Fire Flow is designed for those ready to challenge themselves with powerful sequences that build endurance, confidence, and power. Expect a practice that incorporates invigorating movements, breathwork, and transitions to elevate your heart rate and boost your vitality. This class is perfect for those looking to meet themselves for a challenge, build heat, and tap into their inner fire! Yes, this class is challenging, AND we are also here to meet you where you are and support you through this hour of power!
Fusion Flow
This all levels, empowering, full body workout takes traditional yoga and adds a twist. Inspired by pilates and dance each class is crafted to focus on building strength and endurance using your body weight and small props. Set to upbeat music this fun, dynamic class is a great compliment to your regular practice.
Beginners yoga boise
Yin Yoga
Yin is a slow, meditative practice that uses longer holds to target deep connective tissues. Postures are mainly practiced on the floor and held for 3-5 minutes to promote deep release. This class can be challenging mentally, as it asks you to be very present with your body, and may challenge you physically with unfamiliar postures. This is a very beneficial class to both the body and mind, and a brings wonderful balance to your vinyasa or flow practice.
All levels are welcome, beginners welcome.
Deep Tissue Yin
This class takes yin a bit deeper, using acupressure and compression with props. This practice targets muscles and connective tissues to get a deep release within the body. This release can also activate energetic and emotional release as well. Gently guided, we use breath and mindfulness to move into a state of unwinding, relaxation, and relief. All levels are welcome, beginners welcome.
Yin-Storative
This gentle yoga class is a balanced hybrid of Yin and Restorative Yoga. The Practice is a slow flow of yin-style deep stretches, held for 3-5 minutes. Your instructor then leads you through prop-supported restorative postures for deeper physical relaxation and guided meditation to promote calm and clarity. This class is perfect for beginners or experienced yogis who want to de-stress and cultivate peace of mind and promote body awareness.

Stretch Out Stress
This class incorporates gentle somatic movements, yin style stretches, breathwork and meditation. Many postures are seated or laying down, but focus on the whole physical, energetic and emotional bodies. In this class you will be asked to engage with little muscular effort, and invited to ask questions of yourself or your practice and settle into whatever responses you receive.
All levels are welcome, beginners welcome.
Movement & Meditation
This class is designed to increase mobility, strength and flexibility through mindful movement. Each posture is done with awareness and purpose, helping the student build physical strength and resiliency. This class also offers space for meditation. There are several ways and forms of meditation, we will explore these forms, helping students find stillness within the body and mind. All levels are welcome, beginners welcome.
Healing Qigong
Like the beautiful earth, you contain a central axis, the very core of yourself. The practice of Qigong builds this axis to give you self-confidence, physical strength and mental stability that sustain a path to happiness. You inhabit the space between Earth & Sky. Qigong teaches you Earth Things: how to work with your physical self and conscious mind, and Sky Things: how to wake up your subconscious. This is your connection to the greater cosmos, your spirit nature and the creative force itself! Qigong teaches you breathing, stretching and balanced awareness as you feel your body and mind begin to shine and shine again. This internal cleansing process transforms your Qi and clears the way for the creative force to rise. All Students and Levels are Welcome.
Kundalini Mid Day Reset
Join us on a journey of energy movement, meditation and sound.
The initial segment of the session is dedicated to the practice of Kundalini yoga, igniting the nervous system and fostering a deep connection with the physical self. The latter part offers a sanctuary for the nervous system, enveloping participants in guided meditation accompanied by the harmonious resonance of live sound instruments. All individuals are cordially invited to partake in this inclusive class, designed to cater to practitioners of all skill levels.
HOW TO PREPARE FOR CLASS

We are requiring all students to pre-register through Momence (see above for the updated class schedule).

The Studio opens 15 minutes before class.

Arrive 5-10 minutes before class begins to set up your space and get in the "zone". If you are a new student, come 10 minutes early to get set up.

We have mats and props for you to borrow, but you can also bring your own if you prefer.

Please leave shoes outside the door, and we have cubbies for your personal belongings.

Injuries or issues affecting your physical practice should be discussed with the instructor prior to class so they can modify the practice to your needs.

Please stay home and take care of yourself if you have a contagious illness or any symptoms of illness, we want you to get healthy faster so you can join us sooner!
